Refund Policy

As convenient, efficient, and effective as online learning has proven repeatedly, we know that it may not be for everyone. Because online learning is fun and challenging, Hazel Institute enforces the following refund policy for online courses.

Should you cancel after the first 2 days, you may receive a refund, or you may owe additional tuition. Any refund or monies owed are outlined in the Tuition Protection Agreement:

The number of lessons completed

Amount of tuition already paid

Length of enrollment

Cancellation Policy?

If, at any point during your studies, you decide our program is not for you, you may withdraw from school by contacting us at 772-410-8070. You may also cancel in writing. See below to determine if you will be eligible for a refund upon cancellation.

IF YOU CANCEL

 Within two calendar days of enrollment.

After 2 Calendar days:

If the student has not submitted any lessons.

If the student is a resident of the U.S. and has submitted at least one lesson, up to and including 5% of the lessons.

If the student is a resident of the U.S. and has submitted more than 5% of the lessons, up to and including 10% of the lessons, or has submitted at least one lesson, up to and including 10% of the lessons.

If the student has submitted more than 10% of the lessons, up to and including 25% of the lessons.

If the student has submitted more than 25% of the lessons, up to and including 50% of the lessons.

WHAT YOU WILL OWE

 $20.00 - $50.00 Non-Refundable Fees

Registration Fee is the lesser of (a) 20% of Tuition and (b) $100.00. Any amount owed is due within 30 days of cancellation. No refunds made after six (6) months for certificate courses.
