HOW DOES TAKING A COURSE WITH THE SCHOOL WORK?

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE? IS THIS COURSE ONLINE?
How long do I have to complete a course?
Most of our courses are designed to be completed within three months. Some students can finish their studies in as little as 1-6 weeks, while others take longer. After three months, you may easily renew it at the cost of the course fee for continued access to your course. Hazel expects that you will finish your course within three months.
Will I have to study on a fixed schedule?
No. Hazel realizes that all students are unique, with different responsibilities, interests, and goals. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Is this course online or conducted in person?
All our courses are accessible online on any device. You may complete them at your own pace and at your own time.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSE MATERIALS?
Log in to Courses by clicking Sign Up/Login in the upper right of this page or by going here. Course videos are not available for download and must be viewed through the platform. However, some items, such as course worksheets, will be available for download.
When will I have access to the course materials?
Your course materials are available online; you will get access to them in our online dashboard soon after your enrollment is finalized.
WHEN CAN I START THE CLASS?
The class starts when you pay the course fee. The online classroom will be open and accessible once you're enrolled, 24 hours a day--every day of the week for up to the allotted months. The class ends when you complete all the coursework or when your subscription expires (after the allotted months).
WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS?
Hazel works with the most recent versions of major web browsers that support HTML5, including Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
HOW MUCH IS THE TUITION AND REFUND POLICY?
How much is the tuition?
Each course has a specific tuition rate that will be applied when you enroll.
Do I have to pay for the tuition?
Yes. The student must pay the tuition for the course.
Do you provide any financial aid?
No, Hazel does not offer financial aid, but Hazel does provide monthly payment plans with 0% interest.
What does my tuition fee include?
As a student with Hazel, your tuition fee includes what you will need to complete the class successfully: Study guides, Learning aids, Exams, Instructional services, and a Certificate.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Hazel accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.
What is the refund policy?

CAN I PURCHASE FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE? IS THERE A DISCOUNT?
Yes, you can do this by purchasing individually via the website or sending us a request via email at [email protected]. Yes, there are discounts for enrolling five (5) or more students at once.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Courses are studied online at your own pace, and you can study as many or as few courses as you wish.
AM I GUARANTEED TO GET A JOB WITH THIS CERTIFICATE?
Hazel's courses are designed to provide students with a solid educational foundation about a particular career field that could be applied in the workforce. Hazel does not promise employment upon completing one of its courses.
Courses are intended to help individuals further their vocational training and are not intended as a substitute for state licensing or certification requirements, which may include an apprenticeship or additional training, depending on the governing laws of the state in which you reside or work.
AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE FINISHED HIGH SCHOOL TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE?
No, you do not require a High School Diploma or to have finished school to study this course; it is open to anyone who would like to take it. The potential employer may require a High School Diploma.
CAN I OBTAIN CREDITS FOR MY COURSE AT A LOCAL COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY?
The decision of whether or not any course will transfer as college credit is entirely up to the school and/or advisor of your program. As such, there is no guarantee any course will be transferrable anywhere unless the receiving institution approves it in writing beforehand.
DO I NEED ANY ADDITIONAL LICENSES?
